I'm convinced our greatest error is hardening our hearts. Reading thru Revelation multiple times people hardened their hearts in response to the Lord, "Fall on us and hide us from the presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb;" Rev 6:16

"The rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands, so as not to worship demons, and the idols of gold and of silver and of brass and of stone and of wood... and they did not repent of their murders nor of their sorceries nor of their immorality nor of their thefts." Rev 9:20-21

They also celebrate death in Rev 11. We see this today. Hearts have been hardened towards the Lord, Church, spouses, and families. This is detrimental to our spiritual, physical, and mental health. We choose offense or not to be offended. Think about it when we choose to be offended we're self-focused. Are you allowing offense in your heart towards the Lord or others? I encourage you this day to pray for softness of heart and the power to extend grace and forgiveness. Heb 3:8 says, "Do not harden your hearts... in the day of trial...," (Heb 3:8) Tests and trials come but today choose mercy and grace.
