It was the wrong tree… the wrong tree I tell ya! Even so there’s still a chance for you and me to eat the fruit of the right tree.
Adam and Eve had the choice to eat or not to eat. They were deceived and made the wrong choice. We inherited thru the seed from that moment forward a nature of sin. Bent towards destruction and rejection of God. Before you give them a hard time consider what you might have done? We’ve all had choices (more will come in the future) and even we won’t always make the right choice.
Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil or Tree of Life… guess what though? We will get our chance to eat of the tree of life.
“In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. Revelation 22:2
Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.” Revelation 22:14
