What’s your end game? What’s the goal? Get married, have some kids, raise them to do right, have a nice house and leave a legacy for your family. Oh yeah, and leave the world a better place? Reflecting last night on my own life I asked myself some hard questions. Why do I do the things I do, I mean really… “Why do you do the things you do?”

The Lord is speaking through Paul writing this letter. Let’s not forget this letter is the inspired Word of God. You and I are reading this for a reason. There is power in it. "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,” 2 Timothy 3:16

The word “inspiration” in this verse actually means, “GOD BREATHED”. Do you recognize the power of God breathing on you as you read the Bible? He is, it’s like having a face-to-face conversation with the God of all creation and yet He is as personal as a father is to his kid.

The Father says to us through this letter, Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.” 2 Corinthians 13:5

Why does He say this to us? Look at the very last verse of this letter, “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.” 2 Corinthians 13:14

The Father wants nothing more than you to experience of the GRACE of JESUS, the LOVE of the FATHER, and the COMMUNION of the HOLY SPIRIT. It’s not about head knowledge is about heart knowledge. Knowing the heart of the Father, knowing Jesus, and knowing Holy Spirit. I pray as I send this to you today you will grow deeper in a relationship with Him. That’s what Paul has been pleading with the church about this whole letter and the Lord is sharing with you and me about as well.
