“Rejoice in the LORD, ye righteous; And give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.” Psalm 97:12
“Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth; Break forth in song, rejoice, and sing praises.” Psalms 98:4
“Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at His holy hill; For the Lord our God is holy.” Psalms 99:9
If it isn’t enough to worship the Father because He is God. Psalm 97, 98, 99 give plenty of reason too.
-He is righteous & justice is His foundation.
-His presence is powerful.
-He preserves His saints.
-He is a deliverer of His saints.
-He has done marvelous things.
-He has made known salvation.
-He is holy.
-He is the God who forgives.
Pick one. Pick all. But there are many reasons to worship. Are you finding reasons not to worship? It can be easy when life gets tough to forget to worship but He is worthy to be worshiped indeed. So today… tomorrow, and the next… let’s worship!
