“How long, O Lord? Will You forget me forever? How long will You hide Your face from me?” Psalms 13:1
You ever feel this way yourself? Distant from the Lord. Thinking He has forgotten you or no longer present in your life. Remember this, “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.” 2 Corinthians 10:4-6
After Jesus’ resurrection Jesus spoke to His disciples, even while some still doubted, and said, “…and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.” Matthew 28:20
Jesus also said, “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.” John 14:26
Then the Bible says, “In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.” Ephesians 1:13-14
So, don’t believe that lie! You aren’t alone. Neither has the Lord left you. The Spirit of God rests within you. Holy Spirit is witnessing of the presence of Jesus right now. Take some time wherever you may be right now to praise and worship Him. As you do you will recognize His presence. He hasn’t forgotten you and His face isn’t hid from you. So, don’t believe that lie!
