“Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands! Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before His presence with singing. Know that the Lord, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, And His truth endures to all generations.” Psalms 100:1-5
Joyful… gladness… singing… thanksgiving… praise… thankful… bless… good… mercy everlasting… truth… Was your day filled with these descriptive traits? When this psalm was written people would enter into a place where His presence dwelled. Today, His presence abides in us. We are told to abide in Him. Let’s let our day be full of joy and gladness, singing with thanksgiving and praise, with thankful hearts willing to bless as He has blessed us. For He is good, His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures. We have much to abide in today!
