He made a way. He is the way. The Lord has had and always does have an answer.

Israel had just been told this generation would not enter the promised land. They had rebelled against the Lord and rejected His way. What happens in the middle of their rejection? “”Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘When you have come into the land you are to inhabit, which I am giving to you, and you make an offering by fire to the Lord, a burnt offering or a sacrifice, to fulfill a vow or as a freewill offering or in your appointed feasts, to make a sweet aroma to the Lord, from the herd or the flock,” Numbers 15:2-3

1- There was a promise Israel would still enter the land.

2- The Lord reminded them there was a way to seek forgiveness and repentance.

Sometimes we read through the Old Testament and miss out on the grace of the Lord. They had witnessed the strong hand of the Lord, miraculously freed from captivity, the Red Sea parted, manna falling from heaven, fire and clouds over the tabernacle, but they still questioned the Lord. Yet the Lord, in His grace, kept His promise and gave them a path to repentance.

The Lord is good. At times maybe you find yourself questioning His goodness even when you have partaken in His blessings previously. Just as He made a way for Israel, He has made a way for us. His grace runs deeper than any of us can swim. Don’t run from Him, run to Him. “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.” 2 Corinthians 13:14
