In order for the Father to be perfect He must be just. There are many injustices in this world today even since the days of Joel. We can rest assure justice will be levied. Joel writes about this, "The Lord roars from Zion And utters His voice from Jerusalem, And the heavens and the earth tremble. But the Lord is a refuge for His people And a stronghold to the sons of Israel." Joel 3:16
Jesus said, "But when the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then He will sit on His glorious throne. All the nations will be gathered before Him; and He will separate them from one another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats; and He will put the sheep on His right, and the goats on the left."
On that day of justice there will be sheep and goats. It won't be determined by the good we've done. Our good can never outweigh our bad. It will be determined by who we know and whose we are. We must put our trust in Jesus, to fully lean on Him. Either the heavens will roar against you or He will be your refuge and stronghold. What you decide today will determine your tomorrow. Today is the day to choose. Read Romans 5, call out to Him today. For who is for Him cannot be against Him.
