There's a profound difference.

In his distress, Job spoke truth about God's character. Yet, he longed for something we now have: "Oh, that I knew where I might find Him, That I might come to His seat! I would present my case before Him, And fill my mouth with arguments." Job 23:3-4

The hymn "Because He Lives" captures what Job lacked: "God sent His Son, they called Him Jesus; He came to love, heal, and forgive. He lived and died to buy my pardon; an empty grave proves my Savior lives! Because He lives, I can face tomorrow."

Job yearned for God's presence, but we have the reality of Christ's resurrection. Amid life's busyness, I can forget the power of the resurrection, the fellowship of Christ, and the love of God. Paul reminds us in 2 Corinthians 13:14, "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen."
