Remember, Isaiah is prophesying to a whole nation. Throughout this book we will read of his ministering to Judah and Jerusalem as a whole. However, the Lord doesn't just deal with one nation. He has and always will deal with all nations.
Still, Isaiah writes, "Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, For they shall eat the fruit of their doings." Isaiah 3:10
There are benefits and consequences we personally experience within our nation, but that never removes our individual responsibility to follow the Lord.
Your obedience to the Lord has a greater impact than you may ever realize. The fruit of your life not only strengthens you spiritually, but also encourages those around you. The Lord sees it, knows it, and responds accordingly. I love the first part of 2 Chronicles 16:9: "For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him."
Let's remain grounded in the truth of who the Lord is, regardless of which way our nation may sway. His work is global, national, and deeply personal. He is a God of every detail.
