Moses heads back up to the mountain with the Lord. The Ten Commandments are given to Moses a second time after the incident with the golden calf and broken tablets. The Lord renews His covenant with Israel. As Moses comes down from the mountain with instructions the presence of the Lord is upon him.
Look at the posture of Moses' heart, "So Moses made haste and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshiped. Then he said, "If now I have found grace in Your sight, O Lord, let my Lord, I pray, go among us, even though we are a stiff-necked people; and pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us as Your inheritance."" Ex 34:8-9
As Moses comes down from the mountain we read, "...when Moses came down from Mount Sinai... his face shone while he talked with Him." Ex 34:29
Moses wasn't special because of his giftings or intellect. It was his reverence towards the Lord that enabled him to fully experience His presence and to bless others. There's no formula just spend time with the Lord. Quit trying to be everything to everybody and just BE with the Lord.
