By name... wisdom in the heart...
"See, I have called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah... And I, indeed I, have appointed with him Aholiab the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan; and I have put wisdom in the hearts of all the gifted artisans, that they may make all that I have commanded you:" Ex 31:2, 6
The Lord had given instruction for the tabernacle and furnishings. The Lord's character is one of equipping when instruction is given. He gives us the ability and prepares us for every good work prior to the calling. Paul writes similarly in Ephesians 2:8-10 when he says God prepared us for good works.
The Bible literally says, "I have called by name..." and "I have put wisdom in the hearts". Wisdom is more than intellect. Heart and thought go into being wise and wisdom is from the Lord. Remember today, as His children we are called by name and wisdom has been put in our hearts. Let's fulfill the purposes and plans He has for us. He's gifted us for His glory, let's live for Jesus' great name!
