Here's truth from the Word of God:
1- I've been given a new heart in Christ. "Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances." Ez 36:26-27
2-I'm new in Christ.
"Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come." 2 Cor 5:17
As we read "Moses and Aaron performed all these wonders before Pharaoh; yet the Lord hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he did not let the sons of Israel go out of his land." (Ex 11:10) we should ask ourselves if areas of our hearts are hard towards the Lord, others, spouse, kids, or family? Let's not miss out on the wonders of God because of hardness of heart.
Even though in Christ we have a new heart, and are new in Christ, the Bible speaks of potential strongholds in our lives. We must speak the truth of God over them, worship Jesus, and put our attention on His goodness!
"Father, help us to see any hardness of heart and replace hardness with worshipping You and loving others."
