Who we are for has a greater impact than what we are against.

Paul continues to share with people the truth of Jesus. Just like today people receive the truth, believe, and are baptized as followers of Christ… or… people harden their hearts. When a commotion happens dealing with the goddess Diana and their worship to her, we read about Paul and the disciples, “For you have brought these men here who are neither robbers of temples nor blasphemers of your goddess.” Acts 19:37

Paul and disciples weren’t about bashing the way of the city, but they spent their time taking about The Way, Christ and Christ crucified. We can be prone to think we can convince the world out of doing worldly things. That’s not transformative. What is transformative? The goodness, grace, mercy, and love of Jesus. What do you spend more time talking about? The world will do what the world does. You used to do what you did… THEN JESUS… now you pursue Jesus. Let His grace, mercy, and love lead people to Himself instead of trying to convince people how bad they are.   Jesus has revealed to us Himself so we can share Him with the world. Spend time with Jesus and let the world see the goodness of the Father through His presence in our lives.
