WHO, HOW, and NOW! That’s it!
Notice what Paul says, “Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you—unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures,” 1 Corinthians 15:1-4
He says, “I declare to you the gospel… which also you received and in which you stand…” Paul is writing to BELIEVERS. People whose lives have been transformed by faith in Jesus. Earlier Paul stated they used to worship idols, but no longer did they do that. He is reminding them of WHO saved them, HOW they were saved, and how they NOW stand transformed.
Has the power of Christ and Christ crucified transformed your life? If it’s transformed your life, my life, then be assured the Gospel continues to do the same in the lives of others today. Sometimes we just need to be reminded WHO saved us, HOW He saved us, and the transformation we stand in NOW. Today remember WHO, HOW, and NOW!
