“So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.” - The Holy Spirit by Paul

Throughout this chapter the power of the resurrection of Jesus is proclaimed. From the depth of our sin to the greatness of Jesus’ grace the resurrection is the reason. We even read, “and if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is vain, your faith also is vain.” 1 Corinthians 15:14

Without the resurrection we are powerless and drowning in our sin. Jesus died according to the Scriptures and the testimony of many says they saw Jesus alive after His death. Still some walk around ignoring the truth of Jesus death, burial, and resurrection (Others deny it or just don’t take time to consider it). Just as true as His resurrection taking place is Jesus saying, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” John 14:6

Paul says a couple times, “For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received…” (1 Corinthians 15:3 partial). He spoke what was revealed to him. How about you, do you speak what the Lord reveals to you? If not, start… there’s a world filled with people that need the touch and love of Jesus. Remember, “…be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.” - The Holy Spirit by Paul
