Do you realize before the problem of sin the answer already existed? The Father’s plan of the Cross of Christ and His love for us was set before the foundation of the earth.
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.” John 1:1-3
“just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,” Ephesians 1:4-5
We read about the coming of Jesus in the middle of Moses sharing the law of God, ”The Lord your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your midst, from your brethren. Him you shall hear,” (Deuteronomy 18:15). And after the resurrection the apostles quote this very same scripture, “For Moses truly said to the fathers, ‘The Lord your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brethren. Him you shall hear in all things, whatever He says to you.” Acts 3:22
The Father knows what the future holds. His loving plan and purposes go well beyond any problems in our lives today. Let these scriptures remind you there’s no problem in our lives bigger than the plans and purposes of God. Jesus was, is, and will always be the answer.
